Prenatal Cleansing/Detoxing

During pregnancy, we would like to think of our body as a garden. We have to plant the seed in fertile soil, but in order for the seed to grow properly, we need to water the seed with 13Love and nutrients in order to get a beautiful, flourishing garden!

In order to absorb most of the nutrients that we feed ourselves and the baby, we suggest lightly cleansing and(or) detoxing during the prenatal stage. We must emphasize that we are not professional nutritionists, nor are we experts in health. We simply have suggested tips that may aid in cleansing and detoxing your body while pregnant. Please keep in mind that you are growing another body inside of you! We do not recommend heavy cleansing or detoxing. Be light and be patient with yourself, Mamas. This act is more than just physical.

Detoxing and(or)or cleansing via mind and spirit are also key essentials! We are about balance and harmony. These simple tips, recipes, and herbal foods are based on due diligent research, what worked for other Mamas, and wisdom from our Beloved Rabbi Ninesun Amaru Bey. As always, please do your research before taking anything you are not certain of. This will ensure the health and safety of Mama and Baby. Nourishing & Detoxifying

While we do not recommend heavy detoxing or cleansing during pregnancy, any acute exposure to toxins or heavy metals during pregnancy can be reduced with the use of diatomaceous earth (first choice) and chlorella. You can support your liver through foods such as turmeric, lemons, and cranberries (cranberry juice). For light detoxing/cleansing and nourishment for the physical, mental, and spiritual on a daily basis, yah can review the following:
